Get your seasonal box which includes: 
Zuchinni (1 large or 2 medium)
2lbs Potatoes (red or white)
Beets (6-8)
1 Squash (spaghetti or pumpkin)
2lbs Carrots
Sweet Peppers (3-4)
Tomatoes (4-5)
Onions (3-4)
 
This box of veggies will feed up to a family of 4 for a week, or 2 hungry vegetarians, or 1 very happy veggie preserver.
